Everything is included in the price, including shipping, customs, (adjustment costs) and VAT.

When you complete your payment, you got a confirmation e-mail in your inbox with information about dimensions and other choices.

Please contact our customer service and let us know what changes you want to make. Since it does not take long between placing your order and it goes into production, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible so we can change your order before the fabric is cut.

Yes, the fabric shrinks but you don’t need compensate your measurements for this. Win Tailor handles compensation for shrinkage for you based on information about each fabric’s specific characteristics. Your requested fit is reached after about five washes.


All credit card payments at Suit Up is handled by Stripe and Paypal, which is two of the world’s leading providers of online payment solutions. All the information sent via this website is encrypted via SSL. For security reasons your card details are never handled and saved by Suit Up. You register any coupon codes when you are on page shopping cart or checkout while placing an order. Enter your code in the promotional code box and click the “Register” button. If the code you entered is valid as this is shown in the summary in your shopping cart. Balances certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of issue if notthing else is agreed.


Delivery time is 2-3 weeks for airmail and about 3 months for seamail. The delivery time can not be guaranteed, but this is only an estimate. We monitor production, air freight and deliveries carefully and do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

We are not responsible for any loss, inconvenience, expenses or damages that may occur due to a late delivery.

Once your order is handed over to the transporter, you automatically receive an e-mail from us with tracking link.


The residues may be tailor’s chalk or in some cases residues of the deletion left on the garment. Please wash the garment according to the washing instructions without additional treatments.

We add some fabric during production to compensate for shrinkage that occurs during washing. The final fit is only achieved after some washing. Please wash the garment and see if it gets better.

Should you still not be satisfied, you can take advantage of our Perfect Fit Guarantee.

Garments which are sewn to your specified dimensions can not be resold to someone else and therefore can not be returned.

Garments are sewn according to standard dimensions may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date you receive the garment.
